So last night I went to a substance free party and it was super fun, but as I haven't eaten things like pizza or soda in two months, my odd was like "REJECT" that was a positive, and even more so was that I didn't puke :)

Dehydration and Sleep deprivation
So I have officially moved in! I live in Ohio now!*
some updates on my life, esp fooooood. ick.
Before I left I met with my cardiologist because I have high cholesterol, and a (oh fuck) dietician.
we talked about foodstuffs, and she basically told me I need to eat more. She (unlike my doctor) complemented my weight loss but thinks it is "a bit fast" also some habits "could be healthier" ex: eating less than 800kcal day is apparently unhealthy. wow. I would have never guessed.

Cholesterol and Shakespeare
Well, as some of you may have noticed, my cholesterol levels are through the roof and getting lower with each gram of sugar I don't consume and each calorie burned. I went to the cardiologist today and point one: I'M DOWN TO 126.6!! So extraordinarily happy.
She also informed me that I have abdominal fat (which I knew) but then instead of berating me she told me WHY it was bad. Abdominal fat is metabolically active, which means that unlike the fat in ones arms it influences metabolism. As someone with PCOS this is an even greater risk than normal. Then she took a step back and confirmed that I lost nine pounds in a month and 14 (1stone) in four months... Then she congratulated me.
Well I'm going to be late for Richard III. Ta-Ta!

Long Awaited Updates
Because it's been soooo long I will focus on the positives from the past three months. So not the things like "yesterday, my doctor called me fat." which I am but she had no right to say.
good news time!
